The Kate Copeland Trio:

Original acoustic songs with exquisitely crafted 3-part harmonies and lyrics that speak to the personal and the profound. The singers accompany themselves on mandolin, guitar, violin and a dash of percussion. The songs vary from lushly soulful and ethereal to upbeat pop-folk and influences range from Appalachian & Celtic folk music to medieval ballad and impressionistic tone poem.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   Kate Copeland: Songwriter, voice, mandolin. Cellar Door Philosophy: The Cellar Door is an eclectic restaurant and bar offering food, beer, wine and cocktails. We use primarily locally-sourced, seasonally available produce, meats, cheeses and more, purchased direct from area farms and purveyors. We aim to highlight the abundance of quality food and ingredients available on the Olympic Peninsula, in an effort to support area businesses and keep the dollars spent at our restaurant in our community. Our philosophy is to preserve the diversity of crop varietals inherent to our region, promote balanced health and well being, and connect our customers to the dirt beneath their feet. Our promise is to source local ingredients from farms on the Olympic Peninsula and hand craft as many of our sauces, condiments, sodas, syrups mixers, tonics and bitters as possible.
